TERREA will do everything possible so that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, which will be quickly corrected whenever they occur. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics from those presented online, you have the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms.

TERREA will do everything possible to send all the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to reasons difficult to control by TERREA, such as human error or computer system failure, it may not be possible to make available any of the products ordered by the user. If any product is not available after you have placed your order, you will be notified by email. At that moment you will be presented with the possibility of cancelling the order with the respective reimbursement, if you have already made the respective payment.

All information about price, products, specifications, promotions and services may be changed at any time by TERREA.

We reserve the right to:

  • amend our Terms & Conditions;
  • refuse any user access to our Website;
  • terminate user accounts;
  • modify or withdraw (temporarily or permanently) this Website without notice; or
  • cancel customer orders at our discretion.

Registration

You may register as a customer of the Website and as part of the registration process you will need to select a password which is in accordance with our password policy. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. We would be storing your information to be able to make your experience with our brand better.

You don't need to register as a customer to place an order, just enter your email address at the checkout. If you want to access your account to track or return an order, change your password or your personal details, simply enter your email address in the administration bar and, as part of the registration process, a code will be sent to you by email.

The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website.
